How do I book?

The prefered way is filling out the contact form:

a) Submit a contact form online: enter your contact information

b) Provide a photo of your wall where the TV will be installed and any accessories you have: send photos by text message

After that, you can call us or we will call you to confirm your details and book the service.

Preparing for Installation Day 

Clear the space

To prepare for a TV mounting service, it's important to first bring the new TV into the room where it will be mounted. Make sure to clear a space for the technician to work and ensure that the TV is easily accessible. 

This includes removing any obstacles, such as furniture, decor, pictures, and others.

Don't forget the accessories

Make sure you have all the necessary accessories and cables, such as the mounting bracket, cable box, power cables, and HDMI cables available.

Make sure you are available during the scheduled installation time in case the technician needs to ask any questions or get your input on the installation process.

How to pay for an installation

It is best to confirm the accepted payment methods prior to the installation day. 

Payment options for installations are E-transfer, cheque and cash.

Warranty and insurance

We provide an extended warranty of one year for parts and labour, 4 times more than most other installers who offer a standard of 90 days.

All mounting and installation services are covered with a commercial general liability of CAD$2M.
