Power Outlet Requirements for Canvas TVs

To achieve the cleanest look

Hisense Canvas TVs are designed to sit flush against the wall, standard power outlets may get in the way of a proper installation.

An important detail. Since the Hisense Canvas TV comes with a straight (non-angled) power cord, and even 90-degree plugs don’t solve the issue, the content should reflect that this requires a recessed solution for proper flush mounting.

For that reason we recommend installing a recessed power outlet

"The biggest annoyance for us on the Hisense was the power cord. Even with a recessed outlet which is located on our wall behind the TV, the cord protruded and caused the tv to not lay flat against the wall. A low profile mount is included but also including a low profile cord/plug would have been more suitable. We had to change out the power cord to a low profile one for the best wall position. It was a bit of a hassle"
