Not all the TV wall mounts are the same and not all walls are built the same, walls surfaces are different, it could be made with wood, metal studs, mansory etc.
There are important considerations to keep on mind and need to be treated differently
For example installations on wood studs is relatively straight for when compared installations on metal studs or if you have to drill through tiles, will take more time and skill to installed right (all our installations on the wall structure and perfectly straight with a laser level)
